When I Called To Cancel My Pol…
When I called to cancel my policy for our dog who died, the agent was sincerely sympathetic. That was nice.

Overall, I Am Extremely Satisf…
Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Claims are very easy to fill out which is what I love and since I now fax my claims, it makes a difference in the response time as opposed to US mail. The breakdown at times, takes me a little time to understand but once I take the time and focus, I get it. But what I love most, is the easy to complete forms. Also great customer response and support when I call. Never have to wait and questions are answered quickly in a polite and helpful manner. Thanks! Great job overall

My Dog Has Canine Lupus, It Ac…
My dog has canine lupus, it acts up occasionally, and she needs extra meds, besides her daily two meds to keep her in check. An ongoing concern, but thankful I was wise enough when she was a pup to purchase health insurance for her.

Pets Best Is Definitely On Top…
Pets Best is definitely on top of the claims process! I got reimbursed in about 5 days! I highly recommend them!!!! I have insurance on all 3 of my Italian Greyhounds!

Our Dog Was Diagnosed With Can…
Our dog was diagnosed with cancer in the Fall of 2016 and Pets Best was right there when we needed them .All claims were processed in a very timely manner and there was no haggling or additional paperwork to get claims paid. We have recommended Pets Best to at least six of our friends and they all thanked us for referring Pets Best .The good news is our dog is still with us an cancer is in remission. Thank you Pets Best .

We Have Used Pets Best For App…
We have used Pets Best for appx. 5 years for both of our dogs. We have had numerous claims. Web site for uploading claims is outstanding. Easy and reliable. Response was always timely and reasonable. Customer service for issues and questions once again is outstanding. Impressive company. Highly recommended.
