We just adopted a new dog as company for our female Boxer. Online I was approved for new dog Baxter. Then I had a question so phoned Customer Service. Amy answered my call and boy did she help me. She added Baxter to the Boxer's existing policy saving me 5%! She was able to give me info on existing claims including the reimbursement down to the penny. For every question Amy found an answer. When I phone any customer service I look for what I call the 3 P's - Pleasant, Professional and Polite. Amy has these qualities by the bucketsful. In fact, every time I have phoned AKC Insurance I have received excellent service. Thank you AKC Pet Insurance for selling a reliable product and short turn around time processing claims. We have been with you for years. I have recommended several people to check you out. All y'all rock!

An eye injury occurred and of course late at night so off to the emergency clinic. Thank goodness we went as prompt attention enabled my dear little dogs torn cornea to heal quickly!!!So glad I decided to buy insurance and so very happy with Embrace quickly covering our claim!

I've had a few claims over the past 11 years I've had aspca pet insurance and never had any problems. I get reimbursed right away. Their customer service is excellent. When I had to put down my beloved Buttons all of her aftercare was covered. Even cremation. And aspca pet insurance called to check on me.

We love our Healthy Paws insurance. We have had a lot of bills related to pain management and imaging services lately that we could NEVER have afforded without it. Our puppy is now on a course of treatment to alleviate all of his severe suffering and should be a happy dog again soon. You have customers for life, and we tell everyone how important our pet insurance has been in these difficult past few months, and that it's one of the best investments we've every made (better ROI than my 401k!).
