I bought into this policy thinking that I might get help with a few of the visits that Murphy has needed. Eight months later, this company has covered nothing...not even a deductible! I will be cancelling both policies on 07/23/17.

I am so happy that when we got a new kitten I took out a policy for her. I have needed to use it for a couple of unexpected issues, and 80% coverage really goes a long way in helping with expenses. Each time I've emailed or called Embrace, the customer service reps have been friendly and courteous; I get the sense most of them are animal lovers. Although they do scrutinize claims and question the vet when necessary, I find them to be fair. I plan to continue insuring my cat for the duration of her life.

Nala has had Healthy Paws coverage since she was a few months old. I wondered for years if I was just throwing my money away but then she turned 5 years old. In two years she's had a tooth extraction, urinary track infection, intestinal bacterial infection, and most recently a seizure episode! I would literally be over 10K in debt right now with vet bills if it wasn't for Healthy Paws. They are an absolutely invaluable resource! While they are the only pet insurance I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I can say with confidence that I would hands down recommend them to anyone searching for quality insurance. Filing a claim is easy and reimbursement is quick. They also have the friendliest and most supportive customer service reps I have ever talked with. We purchased pet insurance 2 years ago when our cat turned 10, in anticipation of medical costs as he ages.
