When My Bullmastiff Had Surger…

When my bullmastiff had surgery for entropion repair, the customer service was great. I was notified when the claim was received. Then a day or two later they let me know that the claim was accepted, and then they sent a prompt payment.

You Have A Great System To Fil…

Thanks Embrace. Mars is healing from knee surgery.

Mars was the typical 15 month old Airedale pup...full of play, mischief and quite the sense of humor. One day, while joining me on the couch, his bag legs just crumbled beneath him. I rushed him to the vet and was referred to an orthopedic surgeon. It was there that he was diagnosed with medial patella reluxation, a condition more common in small dogs per the surgeon. Embrace guided me through their process of approval of surgery, approved it and covered the procedure, I am so grateful , and though Mars is halfway through his rehab, he is expected to pick up where he left off which includes playing with his four siblings who live nearby. Embrace is fabulous.

We never purchased pet insurance for our dogs because we'd heard stories of everything being "excluded" and any reimbursement being based on artificially low cost tables. We decided to try out Embrace after adopting our English Bully Rocco. Without going into all the details, my experience with Embrace has been nothing short of excellent. Claim submission is seamless. I made one follow-up call and was immediately connected with a very friendly rep who clarified one item (one of the vet bills was in my GF's name because she had brought Rocco in that day), and told me it will be processed right away. A few days later, I received notification that all claims were approved -- and the reimbursement was exactly 80% of the billed amounts (after the deductible, which I expected). Not 80% of some 'usual and customary' amount that's totally unrealistic. I cannot say enough about Embrace. They get it. We all love our dogs (and animals), so no one wants to put a price on whether to give them the treatment they need and deserve. I only wish my own health insurance company was this good!

Great service

Thank you. I can not say enough about your timeless in handling our claims. Our guy Morrie is having serious issues with his heart. You have been there every step of the way with your reimbursements. I can not thank you enough. As we are in his final days it is nice to know you are there. We have talked much about your handling of our claims to the Vets as well as friends. very satisfied

I want to thank all EMBRACE people involved on these claims for my baby, She has endured a difficult (3) visits to her vet, but it made me comfortable knowing that I had EMBRACE to back us up. I am very satisfied with response received in a timely matter, very grateful .

Forever grateful

All I can say is thank goodness for Embrace. When my heretofore healthy English cocker spaniel turned 9,all manner of things started to occur. From dry eyes and skin lesions,to a recurrent urinary tract infection and then to a long bout of neck pain that didn't respond to acupuncture, PT, rest and medication. We finally had to see a neurologist ,get an MRI and have disc surgery . Just the latter cost over $6000. But each step along the way, I know I can give my dog whatever care she needs because Embrace is there to ease the financial burden.This is blessing especially since I am a senior on a fixed incomeWhat's especially nice about Embrace is that you cannot reach a limit of coverage based on a diagnosis. You coverage is limited by an amount spent. Thank you to the team at Embrace,who always provide prompt and courteous customer service.
