I have had nothing but a great experience using MetLife Pet Insurance! They are affordable, customer service is amazing and super friendly, and they are great at doing refund checks in a timely manor! I recommend them to everyone!

THIS IS FOR THE TIMES YOUR PET NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION!
First there was one, then two, then three. We insured them all with TruPanion. The first one didn’t need it before he passed, the 2nd one developed a nasty carcinoma. We would have had to put him down because the treatment and surgery were expensive. Luckily, we did not have to make a decision that suited our bank account rather than the best interest of our little one. Because of this, we got to enjoy him for another 15 months until he passed from old age. The final one, the first one we acquired, is now almost 16. He needs help with osteo arthritis and allergies, both treated by injections. We pay 10% of his treatments, TruPanion picks up the rest. We will never own another pet without insuring him/her with TruPanion. We have never had to make that decision that was best for our bank account rather than for our pet.

Cancer diagnosis
Our dog Finley was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma when he was eight years old. He needed major surgery which included blood transfusions and other scans and many blood tests. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment and none of this would be possible without Pets Best. We could have never affforded the thousands of dollars in vet bills without having insurance. It has been such an easy process for us and is saving Finley's life for now. We are deeply appreciative.

In our first year after getting our Frenchie, he has had many issues needing veterinarian care, costing quite a bit. MetLife is easy to submit claims, and paid out fairly quickly, without any hassles.

Peace of Mind
Reimbursement was quick and easy. No annual maximums give us the peace of mind we need when something happens to one of our kids. Moved our other cat from another insurer to Trupanion after a recent ER visit with our old boy even though we're paying more. Money or limits are the last things you want to worry about in times like that.
