I have had no problems with the ins company. The only things that I would say is that when my one cat died I had submitted the claim for his death and they still had him listed on my Pets. That was hard to see because it was such a sudden death and horrible death. Other than that I am happy that my furry loved ones are covered!

Security Blanket for My Pet
A friend recommended Embrace to me (unfortunately AFTER he had a big vet bill!) and I am so pleased now with the sense of security that this insurance offers. I have had no problem receiving prompt reimbursement for his wellness exams and rest easy knowing that he is covered for any future problems.

Couldn't be more pleased
Every time I deal with Embrace (and it seems to be a lot lately) I am left with a good feeling. I feel like my two pups are in great hands. What a relief to know that I have a responsive, caring, top-notch insurance company for my pets. I only wish they would do human insurance.

Great service
I am very pleased with the service I received by Embrace Pet Insurance. It was very easy to submit my claim online. I was able to check on the status of my claim and received my refund within the time frame I was told it would take. I submitted a claim from my primary vet for pre-surgery blood work and surgery for a growth removal. Sadly, the biopsy came back as sub-cutaneous hemangiosarcoma. We had a consultation with an oncologist who ordered xrays and an ultrasound. All my submitted claims were covered. The representatives were very polite, kind and helpful.
