Wanted to pre-pay my premiums for 6 months in advance for my 2 dogs, approximately $350/mo. Was told it wasn’t allowed. Why? Then he attempted to tell me to change my zero deductible. With a 9 year old pup and a 6 year old pup, I am not about to change now, given that the pups are growing older. My premiums go up every year sithout fail, on renewal, which is quite disturbing. I also noticed Trupanion stock hit an all-time high,
