Pets Best is the Best!!!

Ziggy (my Bouvier) was just recently diagnosed with B-cell Lymphoma. He is only 5 1/2 yrs old. I have decided along with my Canine Oncologist to put him on a chemo protocol designed by Madison Wisconsin oncologists. Pets Best Insurance has been superb handling my claims regarding this protocol. On occasion when I speak with them I always come away with the impression that they really care about your animals and want to see them get well.

Exceptional Service

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the recent reimbursement experience I had with Embrace. Not only were the Staff helpful, friendly and supportive on the phone when I called to ask questions, they were also efficient and VERY prompt in their turnaround to reimbursement me for Claims submitted. Last night, my husband commented when he saw the Embrace reimbursement checks in our daily mail: "Did the Embrace checks come ALREADY? I only mailed them a few DAYS ago!!!" We are obviously delighted with the professional service be have received from this company! A++

Glad we bought it!

Our 6-year-old Shih Tzu, Ari, was getting a belly/back rub when my wife noticed a couple of hard bumps on his backside and a large soft lump near his esophagus. After a visit with the vet, they recommended removing them and sending them off to test for cancer. The good news is that Ari was cancer free, the bad news was, after the initial removal of the lumps, he ate through his stitches twice and ended up with staples after our third time to the animal hospital. PetFirst was so easy to use and we received a check for $329.45 in the mail for ALL of the visits to the vet- more than I had expected would be covered. I was concerned about my policy not covering any more of the cyst removals, but the rep from PetFirst said my Lifetime plan covered him for future removals as long as I have coverage- what a relief since our vet said it is something he will continue to suffer from.

for accidents and illnesses

I have had ASPCA insurance for almost 4 years now. I have been very pleased with the outcome. My baby just had a tumor removed and the bill was 1700.00. With the insurances it only cost me 117.00 out of pocket. Thanks ASPCA.

Painless reimbursement process

After several years as a policy holder for two dogs, I recently had a need to file a claim for over $4,000 to cover bladder stone removal surgery for one dog. The largest claim I had filed prior to this has been for no more than a few hundred dollars so was concerned how a claim of this size would be handled.I had a reimbursement check in hand just about a week after filing --- no questions or issues. It was also a nice touch to receive a followup email around a week after surgery just to check on how my pet was coming along.

Good insurance plans.

Embrace was very helpful and nice about any questions I asked. I have an older cat so I was very thankful I could get some type of insurance on her to help with bills should she ever become ill. This company delivers on promises

I had a vet checkup at 12 weeks and signed up the next day under a no waiting plan. The next morning my puppy got very ill. They covered the claim as they promised. It took a little effort but that is reasonable given it was 24 hours after I signed up. I trust this company and am glad I signed up.

I was very skeptical about pet insurance

I wanted to say I was very skeptical about pet insurance and have had several disappointing experiences. Owning a dog care business for 12 years I see the importance of pet insurance. We see minor injuries and aliments but what concerned me was the dogs in our care are aging and with that the natural course of health issues both minor and major. That is why I chose to revisit getting pet insurance for my three dogs. A quick Google search brought me a variety of options. I chose to look at Healthy Paws and what you offer. I called and spoke to several people in your company and made the decision to signup my three dogs. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with the customer care and the speed that my claims are handled. I am happy that I made the choice to join the Healthy Paws family and though it is not for the best of reasons, I am happy to know you are there for me and Marchello. Josh and Jet.
