Your representatives are always informed and kind. A pleasure to speak with. I am currently unhappy with the length of time it is taking to settle 3 related claims, the first filed for this cat. Despite that the first claim is from 4/24 and the other two from mid-May. I've called to facilitate and I don't know how far along they'd be if I hadn't.
