Healthy Paws 🐾 customer service was great, I really appreciated Michelle’s help. My pets have got older and my coverage decreased from 90-70% and my copay doubled but she explained that though Healthy Paws want to provide coverage the high level I was used to, it was no longer available for pets if my pet’s age. I understand the business model. I was disappointed however I have to say that my experiences with HP has been incredible - I receive refunds in days not weeks and the convenience and stellar service is worth every penny and even at 70% coverage I know I have a good deal. HP have my loyalty and Michelle 5-stars! Thank you for being there to help us through some turbulent pet woes and surgeries! :)

I have been pleased with Healthy Paws…
I have been pleased with Healthy Paws insurance. My young cat was recently diagnosed with IBD, and she needed extensive diagnostic testing to determine that it was IBD and not cancer. Healthy Paws processes my claims quickly, and once they establish that a condition is covered, reimbursement is issued promptly. Queenie can get the treatment she needs because I have this pet insurance, thank you.

No Face ID
They changed their app so you can no longer use Face ID. You have to literally login with your email, password, and have a code sent to you every time you want to use the app. There is no choice to disable this feature. It takes three times longer to file a claim now.
