When you sent the renewal information for Sherlock (my cat) I was unable to print it as the font was very light. The gentleman I spoke with tried to change it to black and white but could not so he is sending it all out by mail and that is just fine with me. Saves me fighting with my printer....

Trupanion makes it easy to file claims online by more than one method. This makes it easy for me when I need to file a claim or provide additional information by more than one method due to the matter communicated.

Claim denied based on poor information. Coverage date was prior to event. Awaiting resolution at this time. Not happy !

I love how responsive the company is! Within a day, I know they received a claim, and (sometimes less than) a day later, I know how much they'll pay and the money is on its way to me! That's awesome and something most of companies (insurance or otherwise) don't do. They also answer my phone calls with knowledgeable representatives who have always been able to resolve whatever question or issue I have. I've been super pleased with Trupanion and have recommended the company to my vet as well as to friends and strangers asking about pet insurance. First claim reimbursement process was fast. New claim submitted recently is still active. Hopefully, reimbursement process works fast as well. Also, representative I spoke with was friendly and courteous.

Would love to see you add coverage for things like heart scans. I realize they're considered preventative, but if a breed has a predisposition to issues, it seems beyond preventative.
