The insurance doesn't cover anything at all. Everytime I put a claim through you find a way to deny the claim. I will be cancelling.

More than thankful we took out a policy with Trupanion when we got Jake 8+ years ago.

I have two dogs covered under Pets Best.I love the ease of filing claims and responsiveness . I have been through 4 knee surgeries, dental work, allergies, ear infections and wellness visits. Everything smoothly handled.

I appreciate that, although I made a mistake and neglected to file in a timely manner, PB reviewed the case and came up with a positive outcome. Having paid my premiums on time all along, PB did finally award the benefits I am entitled to.

After spending 75.00 a month for a year, I was allowed one claim, but, the deductible was 300.00 so, I received no compensation

We wanted a pet and continued to add to our pack. We finally settled on 3 Havanese dogs. Each one 1.5 years older than the next. Since we spent quite a bit of money on this wonderful breed, we wanted them protected should anything happen to one or all of them. When our middle dog's knees wwre diagnosed with petella luxation, and a double knee surgery was recommended to tge tune of $4,000, I was extremy thankful that we chose to insure our pets. While the insurance didn't cover 100%, it did offset the price drastically. I would highly recommend this to any pet owner whi truly lives their pet(s)!
