This insurance is AMAZING
I've had the insurance for four years and it is the least expensive I could find. They cover up to 80% which is a great help. The claim process is very easy to utilize and their payment response takes a week, which is fast for most insurance companies. 100% satisfied.

Wonderful Coverage
Have had this coverage for both of our King Charles Spaniels for over 6 years. The insurance coverage is better and more comprehensive than what I have for myself! I highly recommend the product.

Thankful for reimbursement
This is the second time I've made a claim and both times I've been very happy with the results. Claims were handled very quickly. I've been very glad I have the insurance because when my Great Dane gets sick he really does it up!

ASPCA Pet Insurance is amazing. My dog and I have been a client for over 5 years, and this has been the best experience I've ever had with an insurance company. For every claim, I've received a return of anywhere from 60-78% back of my total vet fees. They have been a life saver!
Too bad that they don't also offer human insurance!

Thank you, Embrace!
I have fortunately never had to make a claim for illness or injury, but all three of my wellness claims over the last 2 years have been paid. This most recent one took a little longer than I was used to for a simple claim, but they did advise in their confirmation email that it could take up to 10-15 days. In my prior experience, it took 2-3 days. So I called on Monday just to check on it and make sure nothing else was needed when I saw online that the status was something like pending medical history review. The CSR agreed that it seemed odd that they would need to review any history for a wellness claim for vaccinations, so she contacted the exam department to have them push it through, and I received payment today (Wednesday). In total, it took about a week and a half, which is fine. I was just accustomed to it being faster, but maybe they're overloaded at the moment. Overall, I'm still happy. Also, their customer service is great, so that's a plus!

Disappointing
In order to adopt our kitten, we had to first sign up for the 30 day trial of Pet First. Red flag or not, we went ahead to give Pet First the benefit of the doubt. The guy on the phone was very charming and a quick talker. I get it that that is his job, but he did not clearly explain the insurance to us. We went ahead anyway (buyer beware, I know). Regular checkup showed an upper respiratory infection in our kitten. I submitted this, and was denied. We have since started the Feline Leukemia vac. and am doubtful that we will be reimbursed for that cost. Needless to say, after reviewing the insurance "coverage" we are cancelling our policy. I'm sure they will actually cover major things, but the every day things are what matter to us. We are the type of pet owners who would opt to put down our pet rather than spend hundreds of dollars on surgery. So, we don't seem to be the people who need this insurance. Also, after reading the other reviews of this insurance company, I am more comfortable with my choice.

Best decision I ever made
I am SO glad that I chose Healthy Paws for my dog's pet insurance! The coverage is the best I've found, the claim process is super easy, and I always get reimbursed immediately (get my checks within a week usually) without any questions. The insurance has already paid for itself and more, when my dog was recently in the hospital and almost died. Shortly after my dog came home, someone from the company emailed me to ask how his tummy was and I just think that's the sweetest thing. Honestly, the vet bills for my dog were so high, I don't know how we could have paid for them without having pet insurance. We may not have a dog right now if it weren't for Healthy Paws covering 90% with no limits! I've been recommending Healthy Paws to every pet owner I know!

I have sent in pet claims for both dogs. I get an email saying it's processed. I log on and select View Claims and it Always says: No claims have been submitted. Either keep the site current or discontinue the option. Other than your lack of communication, I like the insurance.
