This is the note I sent to them after my dog's sudden, serious illness. To those who I spoke to, and those who processed my claim, I want to say a very big thank you. It was a struggle getting my husband to agree to pet insurance for a two year old dog. Obviously, I won that debate and I am currently walking around gloating with an " I told you so " kinda smirk on my face. The courtesy and kindness from all of those involved was so helpful and appreciated. And the promptness in processing my claims was also appreciated as I am retired and the bills will be coming due soon. Thank you once again. Healthy Paws provides remarkable service. I have filed a couple of claims in the past few years (I have two wonderful four-legged babies) and time after time, Healthy Paws has offered easy and quick service. I have received my reimbursement check in less than two weeks after filing the claim. I highly recommend them. You would not be disappointed.

My chihuahua is 14 years old and in pretty good health so far. But, she still needs to see the vet a few times a year. ASPCA pet insurance is always there to offset the cost of this care. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. And, the response time on claims is efficient. I recommend this insurance to friends without reservation.

I recently filed my first major claim with Embrace for my 8 month old puppy, who required emergency surgery for gastric dilatation with volvulus (bloat with torsion). It was an extremely stressful situation to deal with my puppy post-surgery; so it was so helpful to have Embrace respond extremely promptly to my initial filing, keep me informed throughout the process, and reimburse me per our agreement in a matter of days. What a wonderful company to deal with... based on this experience (and the ease of reimbursement for Wellness Rewards), I recommend them very highly and am happy I've got them when I need them.

Pets Plus Us is the best! I am a first time cat owner and my wife convinced me to get pet insurance, after researching our options we chose Pets Plus Us, I sure am thankful I did. I was not aware of how sick a cat could get. I woke up one morning to my little guy crying in pain and not letting us anywhere near him. We rushed him to emergency vet where I found out he was blocked and could not urinate. He stayed in emergency for 5 days and they ran blood work and urinalysis frequently throughout the stay. Pets Plus Us covered the emergency fees, all the tests, his hospital stay and all the follow up care. They even cover some of his special food he is now on for life, now that is sweet! Thanks to them I did not have to limit the amount of time Loki could stay in hospital to save some money. The whole ordeal cost us over $4000 and Pets Plus Us reimbursed us promptly, no questions asked!

Customer service is excellent. Several of them will take the time to explain any question and concern you may have. They expedited my recent claims and even inform me when the claim was posted into my account. I recently renewed my dogs medical insurance and wellness savings with them. So far, I am much satisfied with their service.

My puppy had a stomach issue and we couldn't figure out what it was so had ultrasounds, IVs, x-rays, and medicine. it ended up passing after about two weeks but ASPCA reimbursed me for the bills no questions asked and just followed up to make sure my pup was doing well a couple of weeks later. They don't say "no that's not covered" like a lot of insurances and they have a very knowledgeable staff. I hope I never have to use the illness/accident insurance again but if I do need to, I can rest assured that my pup and my bank account will both be taken care of without the stress of worrying about being reimbursed through insurance. So glad i chose ASPCA!

I have been satisfied with the type of coverage, timeliness of claim payment and overall customer service provided by ASPCA.They have proven to be extremely reliable.

I think a month after a claim has been submitted is way too long to hear from Trupanion That has been the reasons for all my calls.
