Excellent Service

I am very please with Pets Best. I got this insurance including the Wellness. Luckily I haven't had to use it for illness, but it certainly helps with Chloe's regular check ups. I filled out the form online last week and I just got my reimbursement sent directly to my bank. Thank you for this service...best decision I made.

Excellent coverage and service

We have had EMbrace for 5 years with our Bernese Mt.DOg. They offer great service, are easy to use and great customer service. I had another provider (VPI) with my last dog and they didn't cover anywhere near what Embrace covers. We have used it for wellness as well as a few minor accidents, ear infections, lyme disease and the major one was a surgery to remove a rock he ate.

Great insurance coverage

Live up to their promise

With an elderly Papillon, have had regular health issues to deal with. ASPCA Pet Insurance website makes submissions easy and fast, payment is prompt and always to the letter of our agreement. Even get calls to see how my dog is feeling. Very satisfied.

Kane and his Cancer scare

In late August, Kane, our 11 year old Black Lab, wasn't eating and he was drooling. As soon as we possibly could, he was at our Vet, which lead to a x-ray, an ultrasound, which detected a mass on his spline. The next day, he had surgery to remove his spline and tumour. The pathology indicated that he would be a good candidate for Oncology / Chemotherapy, which was started last week, and he's tolerating it very well. Throughout all of this, Trupanion has been fantastic!!!I don't know what we would have done without Trupanion...Thank you!!!

Thank you Embrace

I've been using Embrace insurance on my greyhounds for about 5 years now. We've had a number of accidents, injuries and illnesses (including Valley Fever which has been going on for 3 years now) and Embrace and the folks that work there have been great to deal with. They have been friendly and helpful on 99% of the calls (In all the calls I've made, there has been only one I was not satisfied with the outcome of.) and have paid covered claims very quickly. Most everyone I've communicated with has been exceptionally friendly (just the one was not). I would (and have) recommend their insurance to all pet owners. (I wish my personal health care was so good.) It's made a world of difference in my ability to care for my dogs.

Superior customer service and handling

Firstly, we were very impressed with the structure of the coverage: age divided into 3 groups only, 4 clear plans, 3 deductible coverage choices - this was not complicated like other plans. We insured both our dogs. Second, our 1st claim was handled with compassion, professionalism and efficiency. While investigating our dog's torn cruciate replacement, 3 further major issues surfaced including a left nephrectomy, adrenalectomy and cystotomy, all needing to be done immediately. PetsPlusUs underwriters worked diligently and quickly to advise on exclusions and inclusions so we could move forward fast. Immediately upon receiving pathology results, they mailed reimbursement cheques and Melissa went through the details clearly and concisely by phone with us. For your info: we only paid 35% of all fees. We were not out of pocket for long and came away with a most satisfactory experience. The cruciate ligament surgery is next and they've already committed to full coverage. We recommend this company highly for their empathy, efficiency, competence and reaction time. Worst Pet Insurance

We signed up with Nationwide for our little beagle. We wanted the insurance just in case something happen to him as we was getting older. We rescued him from a shelter, and never had any problems. After having Nationwide and paying into it for a couple months, we found out our little guy had lung cancer. We had no idea, and the cancer was so big that it must have been there all along....After finding this out, we knew that the insurance would not cover it because it was "pre existing" - - but Nationwide did everything in its power to pay NOTHING back - even if it was not pertaining to his lung cancer. I had to call the company SO many times; and i was always told i would get a call back - but i never did. So i had to keep calling back about my original concern. After they stated that they were going to refund my monthly payments back because since this was pre existing, we should have never been enrolled in the first place. Today is 10/06/2016 - and i have yet to see a dime from that company. The worst people i have had to deal with.

Frustrated!!

I submitted a claim in May. It is now October and I haven't received anything. I was told in August that they were sending me a check. It never arrived. I called in September to let them know. They did a stop payment and said they would do direct deposit. I never received that. I called today and was told they can't do direct deposit on a stopped check and that they had actually sent another check in September. Of course, never received. Now they say all they can do is a final stop payment and issue a final check. What good does that do if the check isn't getting to me? I double checked the address and they have the right one. Are they walking the check to my house from across the country? And to my understanding, the "final stop payment and final check reissue" means if I don't receive it the final time, I am out of luck. Ridiculous!!!
