My 5 year old golden was diagnosed with lymphoma, which is treatable but costly. Embrace has reimbursed all of my claims very quickly, typically within 2 weeks. I have been pleasantly surprised about how easy the reimbursement process is with embrace.

I've only been with Embrace for about two months now, but so far everything has run smoothly, and everyone has been very helpful. I think think they offer a great deal that is affordable, but covers a wide range of things for your pets!

My dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that I would not have been able to afford treatment for without this insurance. Thus far my experience with Embrace has been positive - they cover exactly what they say they will, according to the actual vet's bills (not judged against an "allowable cost" metric). The communication between my vet and Embrace has been slow, but once Embrace received the information they were prompt and good with explaining the math for deductibles and rates accurately. I expect that now that the initial diagnosis and medical history has been processed, the other treatments for his cancer will be processed much faster.

We have been with Trupanion for over 10 years and have had quite a few claims, one over $5000.00. We usually have a cheque within 3-7 days. They are so helpful and kind when dealing with them. I have literally begged anyone I know with a pet to get this insurance as soon as they get their pets. It is more expensive if you wait too many years. As I have discovered that even for minor things the bill is usually over $400.00. Over a 10 year period we would have put out about $13000.00 of our money, so although it may seem hard to make those payments, you will be so grateful when it comes time to pay those huge bills. I worry that a lot of pets are not getting the medical care they need if there is no insurance, so do the right thing and be responsible, your pet will thank you.

ASPCA is always prompt, efficient and fair. They do a great job and I do not believe over the many years (about 15), I have had a single claim denied. I would highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance.

My dog was attacked by a neighbor's dog resulting in a chest injury that required multiple visits to our vet, a drain in his chest, blood work, two different types of meds, follow up etc. The claims were processed quickly, customer service follow up was excellent! I have had 24PetWatch insurance for the past 13 years. They have paid several claims but the reimbursement time is up to 90 days! It takes at least a half hour on hold to reach a representative. I once got pre- approval for surgery only to have the claim denied! After several letters from my vet was it paid. My premiums have sky rocketed on all 3 animals over the past 3 years. I am currently waiting for payment on a simple claim that resulted in euthanasia. It has been almost 2 months. I have shopped around. There is are numerous companies out there now with much better reviews. I will be changing as soon as my claim is paid.

We've had ASPCA pet insurance since we got our dog and she is now 6. Although she hasn't had any major illnesses, it was helpful to get reimbursed for part of her well dog visits and when she recently had a stomach issue, the reimbursement was a big help.
