I felt the person I spoke to did not resolve my issue.

I felt the person I spoke to did not resolve my issue. I just wanted to know why my claims were taking to long as before it only took 5 days before I got my money back. She discovered not have an explanation for it as her answer was vague.

So Far This Year, IVe Had To …"

So far this year, Ive had to submit three claims for my two dogs. The claims process is very easy and everything can be done on line. I"m very pleased with my decision to get pet insurance this go round and Pets Best has proven to be worth the money."
