This is our first experience with pet insurance. My claim was processed and paid very quickly! Very happy.

Filing a claim is quick and easy, even for someone with little technical knowledge. I really appreciate the rapid acknowledgement of my claim and that updates to the claim are sent in a timely manner. The insurance has proved beneficial and I am very glad I purchased the wellness insurance. It covers, without question, the monthly flea, tick and heart worm meds.

Embrace has been so good with covering my expenses for all my pets. They are courteous and fast with the claims and payments. Payment usually comes within 2 weeks after the claim has been received. I would never change companies. Embrace is excellent. I recommend embrace to all pet owners.

I got pet insurance through Pets Plus Us when I adopted an older dachshund from a rescue. I didn't use it for the first two years, but this year I am thankful that I have insurance for him. Without insurance, he would not have received care for his intervertebral disc disease as I could not afford to treat him. Pets Plus Us has been very cooperative through his whole treatment. Every time I call the person on the phone is helpful and gives me clear information on what is going on with his policy. Whenever they receive a claim, they email me saying they have received it and are processing it. Payment was received within 2-3 weeks. If the cheque was going to be large, they sent it by certified mail. I'm so glad that I signed up for pet insurance because with out it my dog may not have been here with me today.

I have had a wonderful experience and recently saved over $500 when my dog swallowed a napkin and couldn't pass it on her own. Have recommended to many friends!

We have had ASPCA Pet Insurance since we rescued our Lab 7 years ago. We knew we needed insurance after a visit to the emergency room with our new lab after she had eaten "something." ASPCA Pet Insurance has covered our lab Bear through wellness visits, TPLO surgery to repair a torn ACL and lately through spine surgery. ASPCA Pet Insurance has covered our claims easily without issue.

Healthy Paws have been absolutely fantastic! I'm so glad we are with them. My 11 month old pup spent 4 days at the emergency vet and was so ill that we thought he wouldn't be coming home. Having the peace of mind to be able to say 'yes' to all the tests the vet wanted to run allowed us to focus on our furbaby. I'm not sure we could have said yes if we didn't have insurance as the test costs were expensive and extensive. Thankfully our dog is home with us now and back to good health. Thank you, Healthy Paws for being there when we needed it.

It was very scary when your dog can't walk. Took her to the vet and had to take her to a animal hospital in Guelph, and that day she had surgery.I don't know if I could have afford to do the surgery if I didn't have Pet insurance. We've used true Trupanion for over 10 years, as well as trying a couple of the others too. Hands-down true Trupanion is the easiest to deal with, the most likely to approve our claim, the fastest and most efficient method to make a claim and good value for the money.
