The service Trupanion has provided over the years has been exceptional. Trupanion has fulfilled there end of the agreement like no other insurance company I have dealt with. No haggling or nickle and diming to save a buck on the back of the subscriber. We have been able to provide our animals with the best veterinary care available. This would not have been a financial option without the insurance we have through Trupanion. A recent stay in ICU with our coonhound is just another case and point. Hands down recommend Trupanion to anyone who will listen. Keep up the good work!

I would not rec. Trupanion because the deductible is per condition which I was not told when I signed up.

I love Trupanion. If it wasn't for this insurance I would have had to put my cat, Henry, to sleep a long time ago due to expensive health issues. Claims are processed quickly and I've personally never had any problems with them.

Trupanion customer representatives are always very helpful, when I call and always answer all my questions. If they don't know the answer they will get it for you.

I received an email which was likely generated by my call. It had information about my "policy changes". I am baffled about what and why this was sent to me. Was the rep wanting to provide me additional information as a kindness? Or did my inquiry increase my premium in some way. There was no context for the email.

I regret not having this insurance sooner could not be more greatful for all you do easy to work with am thrilled by my vets reccomendation to you're co.

Trupanion is AMAZING! I love this company and everyone is always helpful and fast and just great! The fact that I have Trupanion saved both of my dogs life several times! Without if I could have payed for their surgeries! Thank you for everything!!!
