Took 3 weeks to get enrolled due to a software glitch. Two people never got back to me but one gentlemen got to the bottom of it and was great! Coverage was retroactive to the date I originally tried to enroll. So I was very pleased with that. Plus I was not charged for the time I tried to enroll but still covered. Very pleased with Trupanion
