I am so happy with the service I've been provided over the last almost 10 years with my dogs & Pets Best. We haven't had any issues and the claims are processed very quickly. I recommend pet insurance and this company to any and everyone. My eldest dog has had a knee replacement, gets arthritis injections, and gets chronic ear infections so safe to say we have a lot of claims & it's an easy process.

Our two year old Jack Russell rescue went from high energy to no energy in less than a day, and a trip to the Pet ER revealed a diagnosis of IMHA. After one transfusion, we had to put him down. all within 72 hours. Pets Best processed our claim quickly and to our satisfaction and even refunded the balance of our premium. I highly recommned Pets Best.

Not yet received her Policy#
3 days after signing up my dog with Prudent Pet insurance, I still haven’t received her Policy Number. Without the Policy#, I couldn’t register an online account with Prudent Pet, and couldn’t submit her medical records, while I still got their email asking for her medical records???

Very disappointed – poor communication and zero efficiency
I am very disappointed with the service provided by Embrace. Trying to get simple questions answered has been an exhausting experience: No Phone Support: The phone line never connects, making it impossible to reach anyone. Ineffective Live Chat: I’ve had to rely on live chat, but the agents (such as Lindsey) seem undertrained and unfriendly. It is very difficult to communicate with them, as they often struggle to understand basic questions. Unresponsive Email/Claims Team: Their automated emails are confusing and unhelpful. Additionally, I have emailed the claims team and have received no response for three days now. Neither their phone, live chat, nor email support is efficient. I am honestly wondering how this company has such good reviews, as my experience has been the complete opposite. If this continues, I will have no choice but to switch to a different insurance company.
