Coverage for skin issues and policy of waiting 1 year I Is joke My dog had a cabin back from scratching which resolved with cleaning and a application of topical antibiotic. Months later he xeveloped an external ear infection from playing in pool . Told not covered because he had skin condition a year ago. Now haveto wait anther year for any skin to be covered for fx. Shame on USAA for supporting this company.

I thought it was a good idea to get pet insure. It's a SCAM don't bother, they will never cover anything. I'm learning the hard way that it's cheaper to just put aside $100 a month for when they get older. I'm done, do yourself a favor and do the same.

Healthy Paws has been extremely great
Healthy Paws has been extremely great, will all my French Bulldogs health issues. I have a 7 year old frenchie that has had breathing issues and a 9 year old frenchie that has a mast cell tumor. They have never questioned any of our invoices we have submitted. I would highly recommend them.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money, they look for reasons not to provide coverage. You may as well set funds aside and use that for your pets medical needs. Then if you cancel early, they keep more of your money because they have to charge a cancellation fee. Trust me it’s not worth it.
