Remy has had numerous medical issues throughout his life, the most seriously being addison's disease. Pets Best has helped us with high medical expenses, for the most part, and if some were not paid, I understand why. He is now 10 and they have made it easier for me to handle the financial part of his illnesses.

I sent the claim in and you paid it very quickly. You really care about pets. You called to check up on my cat to see if she was feeling better and I thought that was great.

We have had Healthy Paws insurance since our Labrador was first brought home as a puppy. They were recommended to us by a friend. Our puppy is now 2.5 and has had several emergency visits to the ER with stomach distress followed by surgeries to remove objects from his belly that he has swallowed (a hat, clothes, toys). These surgeries were expensive - tens of thousands of dollars in total. Healthy Paws has reimbursed each claim without issue. We have had concerns of being dropped by them because of our dog's anxiety/swallowing objects but it has not happened. The claims are easily submitted via their app by taking photos of the invoices. Then, a check arrives a couple weeks later. Our dog is happy and healthy and we cannot recommend these guys more highly. They insure our less-needy kitty, as well :)

I still do not understand why AKC Pet Health does not pay toward de-worming my puppy. Your representative was clear that this is because my puppy tested positive for worms. My puppy is now clear of worms due to the veterinary care I gave him.

Pets Best is so easy to summit a claim, everything is on the vet's doctor report so there is nothing to explain. After you meet your pets deductible you receive the full amount of the % of the plan you purchase. Pets Best is the greatest thing since Pepsi Cola, Thank You.

I am appreciative that you are there to cover Remington who has addison's disease. He just recently has an episode because if it and I can't afford so many vet bills without Pets Best whom he has had for many years. Thank you for helping me with his medical expenses.
