So far trupanion denies everything I submit. Best advice is to purchase the plan as soon as you get a dog otherwise they treat everything as pre-existing.

First we received an email on April 18th, (payment is to be auto deposited on the 9th) I called on the 19th, was told that the card was "expired", so I gave my new expiration date, was told it was taken care of as of the 20th, I checked for 3 days and pay
