The price goes up and it covers less.

The price goes up and it covers less. No preventative visits. It has to be a non chronic problem for reimbursement I think I received one reimbursement payment in the seven years. Preventive and doctors visits should be recognized.

I discovered that no one has reached out to request more health history from my dogs vets in order to keep the process going. Now I have to do it after more than theee weeks of waiting. And I requested much earlier if a rep could find the additional page
