I bit more transparency would be helpful as most people will not have the time or the inclination to dig into policy details. In my experience, most instances involving dissatisfaction in terms of claims outcome comes from surprises.

ongoing problem w/ you billing system not allowing for billing address different from home address. therefore periodically (every 4 months or so), charge gets rejected and I have to call to explain cc is fine but your billing system isn't. i've been told
