I'm very happy with your service.
I'm very happy with your service. Trupanion processes the claim in no more than 2 days. The fact that you can do it online and have direct deposit makes it easier for you. I took my dog to an Animal Hospital and they processed the claim for me, and trupanion was able to send an estimate right away. I had to put my dog to sleep but I will definitely insure my future pet with Trupanion. Thank you so much for all your help!

Natalie did a great job of helping me sort out the action items needed to put together an actual claim and then also put together the pre-Qual for the upcoming surgery.
