Having Gracie enrolled with Trupanion has been an absolute blessing, especially because she suffers from chronic allergies. Best customer service reps!
I don't know how you get the best customer service representatives for your company but you do. No matter when I call I get the nicest, friendliest, most compassionate, professional and helpful customer service representative. I appreciate your caring and compassion for my elderly puppy dog that is now in heart failure. When I get my next dog (or two) I can tell you that Trupanion will be along side of them as well Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)
