They care! Great customer service, good investment
I've had a wonderful experience with ASPCA Pet Insurance so far with my 14 year old dog. Submitting claims is easy, and reimbursements were quick. They also seem to actually care - they called to ask me how my dog was doing! Definitely the best customer service and reimbursements I've received from a pet insurer.

Quick resolution
This is the third time we have had to deal with Trupanion not being able to receive payment from my new credit card. Each time, the representative has been able to rectify the problem quickly. Hopefully, this is permanently settled now.
