This was our first claim - and we used the wellness portion of our policy. I was a little skeptical but the process was fast - I took a picture of my bill with my phone and submitted with my phone. Very simple and easy. Notified by customer service along the way! Excellent!

My experience was great. My dog ate a foreign object and it was wrapped up in his intestines. Surgery cost me $2200, and I made the claim a day after I picked him up. I received $1600 a week later without any hassle.

I currently have all three of my pets insured, two cats and one dog. Pets Best has always been very prompt with their processing of claims and rectifying and omissions or explaining EOB's acceptance or denial of a claim.

As compared with other pet insurance companies, I feel your company's 80% refund is certainly not the more enticing 90% refund which I found with other companies. However, your service has been positive and I have chosen to remain with Pets Best...even though you are pricey.

The represantative was very friendly & helpful!

My dog had to be taken to the vet for a routine spaying but while she was there the vet noticed a rash that was causing irritation. She prescribed me an antibiotic and it helped my dog feel better immediately! After I received the invoice I processed the claim via the Pets Best website and within 2 weeks I had a response and the reimbursement was put towards my deductible!

The representative seemed annoyed at my some of my questions. He did help me to figure out all my claim questions. But he seemed to have little patience for me. I experience this with your representatives once in awhile and it makes me think that if I do experience this then maybe I should call back and I will get someone else who has the time and patience to help me in a positive way. Usually the representative will ask how the dogs are doing and be sympathetic as well but this rep was not. We just said goodbye to our one dog last month and continue to have health issues with the chocolate lab that we have now. So, in my opinion, I like to talk to someone who wants to talk to me and not be annoyed, so I may hang up next time and call back. Just makes my day better. Thanks for the great product.
