Needed a new tag for my Chihuahua. All handled in a few minutes!

The staff are so helpful and compassionate whenever I call for help. I would have had to put my dog down for all of his expensive bladder needs without Trupanion's help to pay for his treatment. I tell everyone pet owner that I see, get Trupanion! They are the best!

You helped to make my dog's passing a little easier, at least on the financial end. I am currently visiting shelters to find her successor and spoil him/her rotten. I will most certainly enroll my new "baby" in your insurance program!

monthly rates are easily paid by my American Express.They are fair as in reasonable and I feel I have access to a human vs.automation each and every time. I have had to file claims this year; episode for my pups and me were fearful. Claim was very easy

We rescued Maggie on 6/6/2013 and decided to take out a policy because we didn't have a health history on her. 6 weeks later we went on vacation and boarded her at the vet with instructions to look at her right eye that had a discharge. She was diagnosed with Glaucoma in the right eye (72 pressure) and a partially detached retina in the left. The pressure was too high and she lost vision in the right eye. She had 8 visits to the regular vet and the eye specialist in a period of 3 weeks. Our refund was around $2,000 for those visits. Since then she has had a total of 64 claims. Most recently she had laser surgery in an attempt to retain sight in the left eye (glaucoma) and then developed an ulcer in the right eye. She is scheduled for surgery next Tuesday to remove two mammary lumps with a 50/50 chance it is cancer. Even with the insurance it is expensive, but there is absolutely no way I could have provided her with the care she needs without it. My only regret is not taking out the prescription policy since she is currently on 8 different medicines! Embrace has been quick to approve my claims and any issues I've had have been take care of quickly and to my satisfaction. Thank you Embrace!

Always very prompt to review claims on my dog. I believe there the best insurer out there. They always call and ask about Jenna & seem so concerned on how she is doing. Good Job

I love the easy reimbursement process. However don't like only the first set of vaccines are covered. Most vaccines are a 2-3 series, for example Bordetella Bronchiseptica and parvo. Our (all) pets need the second and third vaccines to have the full effect to prevent illness.

So thankful that I have Trupanion. My claim was processed before I even left the vets office and all I had to pay was my exam fee and 10% because that paid then vet directly. It’s so great to have insurance on my side so I can treat my dog no matter the cost.
