the rep I spoke to was GREAT! My reluctance to recommend trupanion has to do with the issues I have experienced with Trupanion challenging my claims... I have spent thousands of dollars on medical bills with almost zero help from Trupanion

Great service
The service from trupanion is always so great. I love that you ask me how my dog is doing. I feel like I am talking to a friend and not a business. Thank you for helping me through stressful times with my dog's injury.

Saved my dog
I have to say! Trupanion basically saved my dog's life. The medical treatment she received was awesome! It also saved our lives too. Do to the fact that Vet Hospitals and exceptional care is very expensive. So paying the bill without having Trupanion would have broke us! So thank you Trupanion! My every month payment was worth seeing my Puppy up and playing again 😁😁
