Best service, always knowledgeable!
We are extremely pleased with Pets Plus Us they’ve always answered our questions honestly, they process claims very fast and anytime we’ve had to call the customer service rep was pleasant. We have 3 dogs insured and are beyond happy.

Great Service and Friendly Staff
Embrace Pet Insurance is the first and only pet insurance company we have had the pleasure of dealing with for our 2 pets since they were pups. Yes, for the first 12 years we have had few claims and never met the deductible, but we knew the coverage was there in case the charges escalate out of affordability. Now for the first time we have had to turn in a few claims that were over our deductible and the Embrace staff is quick to turn-around the review of the claims and fast payment. Wide range of coverage options based on what you want to spend. We have $600 deductible and 20% co-pay. If you have any questions Embrace staff would be happy to answer them as they did for me and the explanation is easy to understand. I will stay with Embrace and I advise you to as well.

They have paid what was agreed upon thus far.
Processing time is average. Like any insurer, they will attempt to deny claims but overall they have paid the benefits available under the policy. I would recommend Embrace to a friend or family member.

If you love your pet: You Will LOVE Pets Best
If you love your animal as much as I love mine, it's important to take time to select a health insurance plan for them. I have been with Pets Best for over 2 years now. I have had 2 claims, 1 for a case of pancreatitis, which with emergency care would have left me trying to find a way to pay. I have found that it is easy to file a claim, and that the processing if fast (deposited directly to my bank account within a week). There are co-pays or deductibles, but considering what I would have had to pay out of pocket; they were reasonable. I love Pets Best, and I highly recommend them. I have 2 policies, one for annual shots, well checks; and of course the one for injuries or emergency care. An excellent program.

Great Experience with Embrace
When we adopted Bentley 3 years ago, we decided to purchase a pet insurance policy. After researching multiple pet insurance companies, I chose Embrace because of how they calculate claims. I liked that the reimburseable amount was calculated after applying the deductible, much like my own health insurance does. I also liked that the cost of the office visit was covered for both accident & illness claims. Several companies I researched did not include this charge in calculating covered expenses. Being able to select a deductible and annual limit was a nice feature as well, which helped to keep the monthly premium affordable.
In the third year of coverage, Bentley had his first claim. Embrace processed and paid the claim in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Embrace to anyone purchasing pet insurance.

Trupanion truly cares about ensuring that the worry is taken away during times of distress for you and your pet!
Our Nala has had severe stomach problems for over a year. Having insurance has been a relief for us as a family. Having Trupanion Insurance has meant that within moments of being billed for services they take care of their portion, meaning that you just have to worry about yours. They have also taken the time to call and console you, letting you know that they are wishing the best for your pet and you. We are extremely happy and grateful for having Trupanion.

Best Decision
Purchasing insurance through Trupanion was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve unfortunately needed to use the insurance recently. While on my honeymoon, my Great Dane, Corzo, developed a septic infection in her wrist joint. The infection quickly spread and she needed to be admitted into an animal hospital. Needless to say it was a very expensive condition. When the hospital heard that she had a Trupanion policy they informed me they are the only insurance they accept direct payments from. The ease of submitting claims and the speed you pay on them is incredible. Without question the best customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve needed to call in on a handful of occasions and every people I’ve spoken with have been stellar. My questions have been answered clearly and I have never been left feeling confused.
Insurance is always a frustrating process. From the unclear language, difficult claims process, and unhelpful customer service representatives. You guys are the polar opposite of what I have come to expect from an insurance company. Thank you!!
