Don’t know what I would do without MetLife Pet insurance. They have been a lifesaver … literally! My dog was in doggie ICU for 3 days in heart failure and MetLife helping pay the bill was a God send. Submitting claims is super easy in the app and received payment pretty quickly. Thank you!!

I need to update my review since as of today my claim was paid, albeit 18 days after submitting, but I am quite satisfied with what the paid and didn’t! I recently signed up with Embrace for my dog Sophie, and the experience has been great so far. The $700 yearly wellness allowance makes a big difference, it helps cover essentials like Simparica Trio for heartworm/flea/tick prevention and even allergy care, which can add up quickly. What I appreciate most is how transparent and helpful the process has been. The representative walked me through every detail and made sure my plan was active right away. Claims are easy to submit, and I feel reassured knowing reimbursements are handled quickly. I also like that the wellness funds don’t roll over, because it motivates me to use the full amount on Sophie’s health throughout the year.
