Because all my claims processing has completely stopped for almost 5 months. I have called three times jie and gotten “we will look into it” and nothing is done. What is going on?? I am a huge proponent of pet insurance and refer my clients regularly. Now I am rethinking referring trupanion exclusively.

I tell ppl about it and hope someone will call to get info. Your the best Pet Ins Co I have ever had. Been with you since November 2010.Always friendly and helpful staff and the claims are always done quickly and so appreciated. We plan on getting another dog at some point ,and you will be our Company no doubt. Very compassionate as well which is also very important .

Trupanion totally came through for me and Sadie!
My first claim for Trupanion insurance was a $5,000 hip surgery for Sadie's hip dysplasia. She's still a puppy so it was a total shock. I was sure I was going to have a fight on my hands to get it covered. I submitted my claim prepared for rejection and loaded for bear. Within a week, the claim was approved and deposited in my account with no questions asked. I am now a loyal Trupanion customer for life. I recommended Trupanion to the rescue where I got Sadie and suggested they provide Trupanion info to any adopter looking for insurance. I'm also going to recommend Trupanion to all my friends who have dogs. Yep! I'm a real person And Nope! They are not paying me to say this! I'm just so grateful that they covered all costs associated with Sadie's surgery.

Worth the piece of mind!
On 3/3/2021 our little 3 year old mini dachshund had 4 small idiopathic clustered seizures that left him very disoriented. Scared us to death. He spent the night in the vet hospital recovering; we paid the bill ($1200) before taking him home on 3/4/2021. By 3/5 or 3/6, Healthy Paws completed the claim with a 90% reimbursement and a $100 deductible, according to my plan. My little dog is sleeping comfortably next to my son on the couch and I am so so so glad that we have Healthy Paws insurance! Wonderful company including caring, efficient, claims staff. Thanks HPs!

Excellent! I can’t say any bad about them. They covered 90 percent of claim. And quick. I have had many other pet insurance this one is the best quick payment and people are friendly and open late anytime you can call. I recommend Spot! I have the complete coverage. Thank you Spot!

Trupanion made this awful experience much less stressful by letting know Jess needs were covered.
Trupanion was there for us, when Jess went into liver failure, they put our minds ease that Jess needs would covered and they were. The people I spoke with from Trupanion on the phone were kind, and concerned, for our Jess’s well being, they showed compassion in our time of need. Thank you for the bottom our hearts❤️ Our Jess continue to do well with her on going treatment at home and with our vet.🐶
