The representative responded to my questions in a friendly and helpful manner. However I felt that the plan would have covered the veterinarian service I was inquiring about so was disappointed with the answer.

Slow process
Have had this pet insurance for about 6 months Filed a claim in September and I'm still waiting. Because your company is waiting for records from a hospital that is no longer open that I never took my dog too but I worked at Katonah Bedford that my dog has never been too. Called your office twice to clear this up. I'm sure it won't be. If not soon I will cancel my pet insurance.

Trupanion Helped Save Luke's Life (and mine!)
I would recommend Trupanion all day every day and I have to a lot of pet parents. My beloved dog Luke was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma at the young age of 6. It was absolutely terrifying but with Trupanion I was able to make the best medical decisions for Luke and not have to worry about the financial side of things. As a result Luke has gotten and will continue to get the best care that he can get. It gave such peace of mind to not have to make decisions based on money but what was best for my best friend.

Awesome customer service!
Customer service has been so helpful, nice, and all around awesome!
I just signed up for this insurance and called 3 times total in the month I have had this insurance company.
The first call was to get set up for per insurance, the second was to make sure I was submitting in a claim correctly, and the third call was today. I had to make sure that the claim I sent in was correct and the customer service was above and beyond helpful, and made sure everything was correct for me.
I am one happy customer! Thank you customer service people at Embrace pet insurance!
