The process for signing up with pet insurance was extremely smooth and thorough. The customer service rep I spoke to was very patient and helpful. We love our plan and all its benefits as well. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family based on our experience so far.

Thank you for being there for me and my fur baby.
My Ms. Koka is 12 almost 13 years old. She has diabetes and cushings. Her tests and medications are quite expensive, and Trupanion pays 90% of the claims. I don't know what I would do without you.

Fast, friendly service. AAAA++++
Very satisfied with claim process. it was the first claim in 8 years of having policy. I submitted the claim on a Thursday, by Saturday it was settled, and i had a direct deposit by Tuesday. OMG so fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend Trupanion

Truly the best
Truly the best Pet insurance ever. Very responsive, helpful and quick at paying the claim. I wish Human insurance was as good as this.

They are the best
I have trupanion for my 5 dogs (they use to be 8) anyway I have trupanion for the past 8 years and they are fast in processing claims, always helpful and knowledgeable and when you call - they are the best!

I Submitted A Claim For $590 And ...
I submitted a claim for $590 and couldn't understand why my EOB stated that I submitted a claim for less. I called PetsBest and a lovely person was able to explain to me that a deposit that I paid towards a surgical procedure for my pet was not line itemed in the invoice. I was able to get a separate invoice from my vet that showed/described that deposit as paid and submitted a follow up which I'm still waiting on a decision for. In all, the person who helped me was very clear and understanding

I love you guys ! Your insurance was the best decision I ever made ! I have happy healthy dogs but you give me a piece of mind knowing that you are there for that just in case event !
