Great Company

Healthy Paws insurance is great! I have used them a few times in the last four years, or so, and their service is impeccable. In addition to that, filing a claim on the app is so easy and they respond immediately. They also follow up with an email asking about your pet's progress and recovery. They really care! I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who has a pet and wants to ensure giving them the best care possible.

The entire team at Embrace has been great, we are customers for life!

Our 11 month old Mini Schnauzer began struggling with seizures and could not keep food down. Our vet diagnosed a porto-systemic liver shunt and the specialist surgical bill exceeded $7,000.00. Happy to report the surgery has been a huge success and Piper is again enjoying being a puppy again with no lingering complications so far. Embrace claims staff was fantastic, they reimbursed within 3 weeks from filing the claim and it was a very simple process.

Glad I chose this company!

My dog had a few pre-existing conditions but I like that after a year if they don’t occur again they’re erased so it’s like starting from scratch! I love how they explain why something isn’t covered and they email back really fast when I have questions concerning a claim. I am really glad I chose embrace! Highly recommend them!!!

Bopy's Knee Surgery

I am so glad that I had the third tier of your insurance for Bopy. His bills have amounted to approximately $3,000-$3,500, and I still have two outstanding bills to claim. Prior to my applying for pet insurance, I had heard horror stories of the unexpected expenses pet owners have been charged and in exorbitant amounts that they really could not afford. Your prompt replies to Bopy's claim relieved pressure on my outstanding credit card bills. Thank you very much!

Avoid this company!

Figo is a great idea, however their employees are the worst I have ever come in contact with. During the difficult time after my dog was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma I found myself having to call them to make sure claims were received with all needed documentation. The lack of empathy and downright rudeness from their employee representative was appalling. When my dog died I emailed them because I was too upset to call them and I never heard back. Finally I called them and the rep answered and I let her know I had sent an email saying my dog had passed away. Her response was "I know, we got your email." That is literally all she said and then hung up. No empathy or I'm sorry or even thanks for letting us know we closed your policy. This agent has repeatedly been unhelpful and useless when I have called in the past but I never complained as I assumed she may have been having a bad day. I didn't realize until this interaction that she actually just may be a horrible human. I have since had my family switch over to 24PetWatch Insurance. I would never recommend Figo to anyone as they are not animal lovers and do not care about owners. They made an extremely difficult time even worse with their lack of support and empathy.
