We have had an excellent experience with MetLife Pet Insurance. We have never had an issue getting our claims approved and reimbursement is always timely. I recommend MetLife to everyone.

Amazing coverage!!!
I am honestly shocked that this has been such a good experience as working with insurance companies (for any living creature) is usually a nightmare. It is SO easy to submit claims. The claims are reviewed in a timely manner, and checks are issued if warranted. Spot doesn't make customers jump through unnecessary hoops, which is greatly appreciated. I wish I would have signed up sooner!
