Excellent company.
Excellent company. Friendly to customers and they process claims very quickly. My dog is almost 7 years old, and has been enrolled in the program since he was 3 months old. Trupanion has covered all claims we have submitted for his skin allergies and other illnesses. I am extremely pleased with all the help Trupanion has given my “very best friend.” I highly recommend Trupanion to all of my friends and acquaintances.

Rapid response

Situation is very unstable now
My situation is very unstable now, because Sophia Gianna is ill and is a very picky eater... Sometimes you're really very nice, people don't understand me and we have a problem.

Very kind
The rep was very kind in helping me address an issue with my deceased dog. She was knowledgeable and even made an extra call to ensure the outcome was correct. This is one of the reasons I continue to recommend Trupanion to anyone with a pet or who asks about insurance. Thank you for being a wonderful and customer oriented company. Awesome Insurance
I can't say enough good things about Embrace. Before joining Embrace we had a different insurer. The monthly cost was almost $35/mo more than Embrace when I obtained the quote. In addition to being cheaper, Embrace offered more coverage than the other insurer. We have had to use Embrace more than once this past year, and I have never had an issue with our claims. Embrace is awesome!
