Embrace insurance has been a worthwhile purchase in helping me financially care for my dogs as they get older. Their claims process has been fast, simple and dependable. Anytime I have a question of a claim being covered before I go to the vet, a customer service representative has been easy reach, no phone trees! Their wellness care program is awesome, helping to cover the cost of essential items that can become costly, especially with 2 dogs, example, frontline, heart guard, vaccinations etc. Embrace Insurance has lowered my stress level about ever needing to make health care decisions for dogs based on what is best for them, not what I can afford. Easy to File, Personal Follow Up
The filing process was very simple and I received my check about a week later. They even have the option to link your bank account so you have direct deposit. Customer service even called to follow up on my experience and see if there was anything else they could do. Ease of use, excellent customer service, quick pay out. What else could you want?

Amazing
We recently went through a horrible experience with our 1 year Golden....needed a very expensive surgery to remove a foreign body.
I purchased Healthy Paws insurance for him when we first brought him home and I can't describe to you the peace of mind it gives.
We were able to take care of our baby and he is doing well today. Do not hesitate to purchase pet insurance from Healthy Paws.
Claims are handled fast, and submitting the claim on-line couldn't be easier. We definitely recommend!

Not sure what I would have done without Trupanion
When my 6 year old dachshund went down with spine issues, I was so relieved that I had Trupanion. It made the decision easy to proceed with spine surgery. He is now running around and very happy and pain free. Thank you Trupanion.

Happily surprised by how well the insurance worked and how fast.
Had never had pet insurance before, and this worked great. I half-way expected to get a runaround over claims, but nothing like that happened at all.

Stop! Here is the best pet insurance
After years without having a dog again, my wife and I finally decided to get one.
We spent some time checking out the different pet insurance plans available and the companies who overwrite them. As we were reviewing the different plans and price, the ASPCA plans always kept being the “top dog”. That made the choice easier.
The prices are reasonable, the time from filing a claim and receiving the check was super fast. If you have any questions, the customer service representatives are fantastic. They are not only very pleasant and helpful, they many times will call back to see how my Angel and if we needed any other help.
It is ironic is that our Angel has better insurance than what I have :P

Process could not have been easier, We could not be happier
Our senior cat, Ben, developed hyperactive thyroid, which is a curable but fatal disease if not treated. He needed iodine radiation treatment, which is an elective procedure -- since there is a cheaper alternative -- giving Ben a pill every day for the rest of his life. That ain't happening! The cost of the iodine radiation procedure was over $2,000 and means we don't have to pill him every day. We feared that Trupanion would only pay the cost of the cheaper treatment option. Instead, Trupanion paid their portion of the whole bill immediately, and the vet did all the paperwork regarding the claim. We basically had to do nothing -- we just got our reimbursement check in the mail less than one week after the claim was made. We are definitely satisfied customers, and Ben is cured Thank you, Trupanion, for the speed and integrity of our claims process.
