Best Service Ever

Recently, my two Senior Dogs have had some health issues at the same time - One had Bronchitus and injury to her left ear and the other had a lump removal. Thank goodness for insurance as the vet bills were pretty costly for both treatments as well as the follow up, medications, etc. I am so impressed with how quickly and smoothly my claims were handled by ASPCA Pet Insurance. I've had my pets insured with this organization for several years now and each time I've submitted a claim, they've been great to work with.

Cover Alternative/Holistic Treatments!

Our 1 year old puppy had tonsillitis and was in the hospital for two days. He was discharged on a very expensive antibiotic and received outpatient ozone treatments, After our $300 deductible, Embrace has paid 80% of his treatments, including the ozone treatments! When it is an option, I prefer alternative/holistic/natural therapies for our dogs. I am so happy they are covered! And, we are reimbursed in a timely manner. Thanks, Embrace!

I tried the instructions for sending in a claim from my phone, but didn't hear back. When I called to see if Trupanion received it, the rep couldn't tell me because she said it takes a couple of days, to call back. I did call back and it was never received. The second time I called, the gentleman was able to be very helpful.

I think the increase in rate is exorbitant and am concerned that it will be just as much every year, by which time your pet will be uninsurable with another company.
