I'm very happy with the service of ASPCA. First of all, customer service has always been very patient and helpful, when I've needed help with claims.

Great customer service and insurance benefits!!
The service is better than expected. I haven't had an issues with reimbursements on claims either. I would recommend this to anyone with pets.

Horrible Claim Service
Worst claims service ever. They don't even look at claims for 2 months. They blame Markel & keep saying things are going to change but so far it's been several months trying to get a claim even looked at. I would not recommend this company. There are other pet insurance providers that will provide better service at the same rates.
