Hoping it was a good decision...
I did research and thought this would be a good company to go with for my first-ever insured pet. Afterwards, I keep hearing about how difficult Fetch is to work with regarding claims etc. So I am holding off on giving a great review until I've actually used the process. Signing up was easy enough, let's hope the rest goes as smoothly!

I was very stressed out about my fur baby and getting him well, but I do not have to be stressed out on filing my claims to be reimbursed. It is the easiest process and Trupanion turns the claims around immediately and takes the financial burden away from you.

Thank goodness
As long as I submitted the proper paperwork that was required, the reimbursement came within 2-3 weeks. I thank goodness I got the insurance. Just had an episode that would have cost me over $1200.00 for just the 1st test. So far it cost me about $300.00. The next test is about $3000.00. Scope down the throat and down to the stomach.

Your communication is wonky. You communicated to me about the wrong reimbursement and keep saying it's being reviewed when I;ve submitted multiple variations of the paperwork requested. Additionally, this reimbursement has been approved previously so why the issue now?
