Easy and quick
I had no issues enrolling, it was a simple and quick process!
I feel I was treated kindly and felt he understood my needs and he himself had a dog so he understood how important they are in our lives.
He explained the policy to me very well.
I do really appreciate Trupanion a lot - and I always recommend you guys. This time around though my claim was filed under a new issue even though it wasn't as the diagnosis has changed, so I am having my vet appeal that decision. The appeal process seems really easy and Allison on Customer Service was really helpful and friendly.
I discovered that my pet insurance coverage was with PetPlan (since my dog Gigi was 8 weeks old) when I truly thought that I was insured with Trupanion. I was very disappointed and disheartened to realize that this mistake was made by me and that my sweet girl wasn't insured the way that I intended. Candis was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She answered all my questions and was very professional! I cannot say enough good things about Trupanion. All my experiences with them has been excellent. My only 3 year old doodle has pancreatitis. I was very upset when Cooper was diagnosed with pancreatitis, however, Trupanion made everything much easier. They are truly a caring and great pet insurance company. I recommend Trupanion to anyone that asks me about which company they should consider. Thank you Trupanion for being there for Cooper now and always!
