As I have had numerous calls with Trupanion over the last few days, it would be great if these surveys specified date and time of call so I can remember who I was speaking with...also, just a side note, I find your call waiting music to be a bit too much, you should try something a bit calmer, as most people who are calling in are dealing with some serious issue with their pet and the music can be off-putting

Our great friend and pet is very grateful that we purchased health insurance for her. Besides the typical immunizations, she has had several other ailments that were challenging to get a diagnosis for so that she could get the right treatment(s). Because of her having health insurance we were able to get the proper testing necessary to get the correct diagnosis for each of her various issues, without it, the costs to us would have been substantial. But, because of her insurance she has been with us for over 11 years, without the insurance to cover the costs we doubt she would still be with us and giving us unconditional love each and every day.

My dog Bessie is a basset hound mix. She was vomiting and licking everything. Turns out she had swallowed a Christmas ornament metal hook. After several trips to the emergency vet for treatment for nausea and more X-rays. She ended up passing it after three or four weeks. ASAP health insurance pay 90% of the that bills.
