Denied claims for no good reason; had to appeal.
Denied claims for no good reason; had to appeal. Got an email saying claim closed, had to read fine print on bottom of attachment saying claim is being reviewed. So why not lead with that in the email; it's a jolt after paying about $1000 in premiums a year to hear you cannot pay on the claim when you are actually reviewing the claim. How about some good PR and change the notification? One unhappy customer.
