We also appreciate the care and concern that the Trupanion staff demonstrate, for instance when our dog ultimately lost his battle to bone cancer (treatment of which we could not have afforded without Trupanion) , staff sent a personalized card with really sweet messages. That stood out to me¡X that the people working there are also pet lovers and extend empathy and compassion.
