Submitting a claim with Trupanion is a true nightmare. When I first enrolled in the insurance my French bull dog had an ear infection, apparently I was bathing her too much and water was being left in her ears. Now according to Trupanion everything my dog has is preexisting. I just took her to the vet and she has Pododermatitis on her paws. Of course the claim was denied and I was again stuck with 100% of the vet bill and paying the expensive pet insurance for nothing. I received your message about not finding my account with the information I posted. I am a true member #TU0001677392

Please choose Healthy Paws.. Here’s a short story!!
I have been a healthy Paws family member for almost 10 years.. started the plan when my babies were 12 weeks old. Since then my one dog has had 2 knee surgeries. She jumped off the bed and injured her spinal cord and her hind legs are paralyzed.. Healthy Paws immediately reimbursed me over $5000 with her initial spine surgery and $5000 for her knees. They also reimbursed me for 40 therapy services at $90 each.. they have always been concerned, kind, prompt and never have I ever had to play phone tag or even battle for my reimbursement.. I have friends with other plans who had no faith in their plans and cancelled them and now their pets are not covered. If I wasn’t sure or couldn’t afford to care for my little girl I would have had to put her down because I couldn’t afford to care for her. My babies are happy healthy.. my little girl still cannot walk but uses a wheel chair and is the most spoiled baby ever!! Please choose Healthy Paws you will not regret it

We¡¦ve had Trupanion with Hunter (golden retriever) since he¡¦s been 3.
We¡¦ve had Trupanion with Hunter (golden retriever) since he¡¦s been 3. Since they are Prone to cancer and my last 3 Goldens died from it I wanted pet insurance for those unexpected high bills. We have $1K deductible but believe me vet bills are not cheap. Trupanion has been super to work with, the system is user friendly, and payment either refunded to me or the vet is quick. I definitely have shared my opinion when asked about pet inside, Trupanion is a 10.

You are truly a life saver!
You are truly a life saver! Our baby has two types of cancer & was so sick. Since we started treatment he has improved! Thanks to you he has a better quality of life!
