After all the initial paperwork was settled. Figo has came up huge and has been nothing but great to work with.

I've had many wonderful pets over the years, and I wish I had known about pet insurance earlier. I read reviews, compared different insurers, and created quotes. Most importantly, I studied the coverage details. Ultimately, I am happy and grateful I chose to insure my rescue dog with Figo. When I had to file a claim, I was at first apprehensive, but it turned out to be a painless process. I just took a pic with my phone and submitted it. My claim was processed within two weeks and all the claim info was available in my Pet Cloud. Since that first experience, I have filed several more claims and the process has been relatively consistent. The last claim I filed (about a month ago) took a little longer, but I received two messages from Figo to keep me informed. This insurance has been a saving grace, as my dog has had two illnesses and I didn't have to worry about the vet bill. Thank you, Figo!

Excellent response time and service for my dog's injury and surgery.

We purchased ASPCA pet health insurance when our poodle was a pup, and it has been well worth the expense. She was diagnosed later that first year with Addison's disease, and the insurance helped a great deal to get through the diagnosis and many years of what will be a lifelong treatment. The insurance also covered much of the expense from other ailments, including a broken ankle that needed surgery.

We got Tucker, a Lab mix when he was about 5. He'd had a pretty rough life up to that point. Our other dog was insured with another company that we weren't particularly fond of. After doing our research we ended up insuring him with Embrace and haven't regretted it once. Tucker has had three different bouts with cancer and Embrace has covered him without question every time. It was easy to sign him up, easy to pick the plan best for us and response to claims is efficient. Couldn't ask for more!

I have been very happy so far with we are Nationwide. Our dog just turned a year old . The process is easy to file a claim and they usually pay within 1-2 weeks. So far we are very pleased.

Embrace is fantastic--incredible--compassionate and quick. When I purchased pet insurance for my two Labradors with Embrace five years, I had no idea that they would quite literally save my dog's life. They have been so helpful once again and are quite literally helping us to save Shakespeare's life and quality of living. ASPCA has been great for both wellness and preventive care as well as accident/illness! Payments are made in a timely manner. The website is easy to use and the staff members I have spoken to in the phone have always been very nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend this insurance to any dog owner.
