My dog became severely ill, was hospitalized, and did not get better. We unfortunately had to put her down to ease her pain and it was the hardest thing we ever had to do. To deal with that and the financial burden at the same time would’ve been a nightmare, but thankfully we had Spot insurance. I filed a claim and it was approved in 9 days, no questions, no issues. It was a huge relief for my family and I, and it truly allowed us to mourn without worrying about finances. We are extremely grateful.

Excellent Customer Service at the Best Price!
I actually set my limits of $250.00 deductible, 90% reimbursement, and $5k max then made phone calls to 8 different pet insurers. Prudent was not only the best rate but I even added the Healthy Benefits option which was still lower than the 2nd lowest. Working with “B” (first initial only since each CSA was very nice and pleasant), was great plus any other rep will offer the same services.

The app is really easy to use
The app is really easy to use, which I love. But sometimes claims take forever to get paid back. The length of time seems to be related to the amount that I’m trying to get back. If it’s not that much, my claim is approved faster. If it’s a lot, that doubles the amount of time it takes to get money back. It’s frustrating because usually when I has to pay large amounts, it would be nice to get the money back sooner.

I've had fetch pet insurance for my cat…
I've had fetch pet insurance for my cat Smokey for 12 years. He passed unfortunately a few months ago but I have to say, between the support I received from the service team as well as my vet, the whole thing couldn't have gone better given the circumstances. I'd like to thank Fetch for all of the good experiences throughout the years whether it be reimbursements on his end of life care, his treatments and the seldom but scary emergency care that we had to go through.

We love Healthy Paws!
Healthy Paws has been amazing since we got our insurance over 11 years ago! Our sweet Lucy just turned 13 and last week developed vestibular disease which was twrrifying to her and to us. We were able to rush her to a wonderful ER vet where she was hospitalized overnight and had blood work and CT which were all normal. They recommended an MRI and we took her the next day to a wonderful neurologist who did the MRI and ruled out anything serious. She was diagnosed with idiopathic (old dog) vestibular disease which has resolved! Because of healthy paws, we were able to do what needed to be done to care for her and reassure us! They have been amazing when we’ve needed them. 2 TPLO surgeries and rehab to name a few issues we’ve dealt with- all covered. Filing a claim is easy on the app and the claims are processed quickly. We love Lucy so much and will do anything and everything for her until she takes her last breath. Thank you healthy paws for being there for us and our sweet girl all these years and for giving us more time with her!
