I had to explain why I was overpaid in severay ways beforenshe would pay attention and actually look at the receipts. This was frustrating. This has hapoened before. I am worried about recommending you anymore due to the news program saying you denied coverage to a dog even tho the specialist and primary vet wrote to you confirming it was NOT a preexisting condition. You seem to be becoming like SiliconValley companies (I worked for chairmen/CEO’s of several) which are selfish, bottom line companies.
