Very pleased!
I am so pleased with the service and coverage we have received for our dog Kibo. Kibo has had more than his share of health issues and Nationwide has been fantastic. I have had no trouble with coverage and the customer service has been good as well.

great service
I have been pleased with the benefits offered for the price. I have an older dog and it is nice to know that I can take her to wellness exams and have the insurance cover it. In fact they encourage wellness exams. What is nice is that the Embrace insurance is affordable for an older dog. I had Embrace insurance on my young dog that I lost last summer and it was a comfort to know I could afford to try to save him, and the Embrace folks were so nice when I called about his death. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated and the claim was handled.

I appreciate how much you help with the cost of bet visits with my babies.

Best decision I ever made for my girls!
Bitzy and Minnie both English Mastiff girls are well taken care and I would never go w/o insurance or Nationwide so I can take care of my girls!

Great Service
Our puppy cut her paw and needed stitches a as well as multiple follow-ups to get her healed up. Nationwide turned around the claims in a matter of days. Thank you!

Happy with insurance
Boomer is our third dog we have had insured with Nationwide (and previous insurer), and our expectations are met with reimbursement. We don’t have a dog without them being insured now.
I do wish pre-existing conditions were covered though, all our dogs are rescue, and come with issues.

kind, caring people, excellent policy options, always timely processing of claims
This company has really impressed our family. We have 2 dogs and they have each had a few unexpected illnesses. Our claims were always handled accurately, the customer service staff is so kind and concerned for your pets' wellbeing. I find their policies to be very affordable and they offer many options to keep coverage within your budget. I am grateful we learned about Embrace Pet Insurance when we did, each of our pets have been covered since they were puppies. I highly recommend pet insurance with Embrace!
