The people at Trupanion are very pleasant to deal with and ANY issue you may have - they have your back!

The people at Trupanion are very pleasant to deal with, and ANY issue you may have - they have your back! My Vet submits our billing right to Trupanion. Trupanion is quick to respond to billing so my Vet receives their payment very quickly. I wouldn't be without my fur babies coverage. I couldn't imagine needing care for them and not being able to pay for it. This is one great decision I have ever made!!

good service so far

Signing up was easy and straightforward, the basic information I needed was readily available, I appreciated being able to customize the deductible to an optimal cost/benefit ratio that works for me, and when I called customer service to correct an error they answered promptly and fixed my mistake in under a minute. (Very nice & helpful customer service representative too).
