Justin was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. The monthly price is very reasonable, and if I have even one unexpected veterinary visit (normal, routine care is not included in coverage), it will pay for itself. I haven't had to use the insurance, yet. I am just rating my sign up experience.

Wilma has had a rough couple years of on and off illnesses.
Wilma has had a rough couple years of on and off illnesses. Most recently the most serious of all - an ulcer. She needed abnormal exploratory surgery to have it removed. It saved her life, and she is doing wonderful. As always, Trupanion came through with 90% coverage, which was a financial lifesaver for us. We were able to focus on her care, rather than stress about how we were going to pay for it. Trupanion has been an all-around pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service, the entire claim process is so easy to navigate, and payment turn around is quick.
