Although I think it's ridiculous how expensive my dogs procedure was, and I wish that everything my vet recommended was covered by my insurance plan that has nothing to do with companion. The claims process was very easy and fast. I definitely appreciated that.

Easy claim process
It was extremely easy to file the claim and get the money. Disappointed that the exam was excluded which made the deductible more than I expected. That seemed unreasonable.
